DCTL, started in 2005 as a financial consulting firm and among its core objectives were securing commercial funding through alternative forms of finance to help small and Medium Enterprises (SME)sector and also source for funds for projects in East African regions.

Our Expertise give us the ability to valuate, advise, improve and source secure commercial finance deals which are designed specifically for a wide spectrum of businesses from the startup businesses – entrepreneur to establishes businesses; such as Trading, Investment and development. Under which the company is trading in import/export trade, under investment we invest in construction of buildings and irrigation agriculture and under development we construct buildings and communities.
