PROJECT FINANCE is the long-term financing of infrastructure and industrial projects based upon the projected cash flows of the project rather than the balance sheets of its sponsors. Usually, a project financing structure involves a number of equity investors; known as ‘sponsors’, a ‘syndicate’ of banks or other lending institutions that provides loans to the operation. They are most commonly non-recourse loans, which are secured by the project assets and paid entirely from project cash flow, rather than from the general assets orcreditworthiness of the project sponsors, a decision in part supported by financial modeling.

The funding process: Funds takes 8 to 16 weeks to be available for Project Implementation.
- Application letter from Project Owner to DOGO COMPLEX requesting for Project Funding
- DOGO COMPLEX reply after Pre assessment and Due Diligence
- Applicant and DOGO COMPLEX sign Non Circumvention Disclosure Agreement
- Applicant submits Feasibility Study, Business Plan and Architectural design of the Project for Approval.
- DOGO COMPLEX visit the plot and do assessment on ownership
- DOGO COMPLEX issue draft of contract to Applicant
- DOGO COMPLEX and Applicant sign the contract.
- DOGO COMPLEX sends Architectural design to International Contractor and Local Contractor for approval.
- DOGO COMPLEX sends Feasibility study and Business Plan to International Financier for approval.
- DOGO COMPLEX signs the contract with Financier to Finance the Project.
