PROJECT   FINANCE is   the   long-term financing of infrastructure and   industrial   projects   based   upon   the projected cash flows of the project rather than the balance sheets of its sponsors. Usually, a project financing structure  involves  a  number  of equity investors;  known  as  ‘sponsors’,  a  ‘syndicate’  of banks or  other  lending institutions   that   provides loans to   the   operation.   They   are   most   commonly non-recourse   loans,   which are secured by the project assets and paid entirely from project cash flow, rather than from the general assets orcreditworthiness of the project sponsors, a decision in part supported by financial modeling.

Project Finance requires structuring expertise and strong financing support.  Financing is required when the project feasibility is studied for new project, expanding or acquiring a project.

The funding process: Funds takes 8 to 16 weeks to be available for Project Implementation.

  1. Application letter  from  Project  Owner  to  DOGO  COMPLEX  requesting  for  Project Funding
  2. DOGO COMPLEX reply after Pre assessment and Due Diligence
  3. Applicant and DOGO COMPLEX sign Non Circumvention Disclosure Agreement
  4. Applicant submits  Feasibility  Study,  Business  Plan  and  Architectural  design  of  the Project  for  Approval.
  5. DOGO COMPLEX visit the plot and do assessment on ownership
  6. DOGO COMPLEX issue draft of contract to Applicant
  7. DOGO COMPLEX and Applicant sign the contract.
  8. DOGO COMPLEX sends Architectural design to International Contractor and Local Contractor  for  approval.
  9. DOGO COMPLEX   sends   Feasibility   study   and   Business   Plan   to   International Financier for approval.
  10. DOGO COMPLEX signs the contract with Financier to Finance the Project.
  11. DOGO COMPLEX  signs  the  contract  with  International  and  Local  Contractors  for constructions of Project.
  12. DOGO  COMPLEX  and  Applicant  signs  the  Joint  Venture  Agreement  and  Loan Repayment Agreement.
  13. PROJECT Constructions starts after receiving money for Implementations.
  14. Loan repayment will start SIX months after Project operations.
